Return Policy

Returns:

• Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unopened and unused products in their original packaging.
• Non-Returnable Items: Opened, used, or tampered vials, and products damaged not due to our error are not eligible for return.

Procedure:

1. Contact our customer service at support@bpxresearch.com with your order number and reason for the return.
2. A return shipping label can be provided upon request.

Refunds:

• Processing: Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved Refunds: Refunds will be processed within a certain number of days and credited to your original payment method.

Restocking Fee:

• A 10% restocking fee will apply to all accepted returns.
• Used or damaged products may not be accepted for return.

Shipping Policy

Signature Required for Delivery:

Lost or Stolen Packages:

• BPXResearch is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. In such cases, customers must contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

Order Tracking:

• Once your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to you. If you do not receive one, contact us at support@bpxresearch.com.
